4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
· Overwatch Supply LLC's total liability for any claim arising from the purchase of a watch shall not exceed the purchase price paid by Buyer
· In no event shall Overwatch Supply LLC be liable for any consequential, incidental, indirect, special, or punitive damages (including but not limited to lost profits, loss of reputation, cost of substitute goods, or attorney fees)

5. Indemnification
Buyer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Overwatch Supply LLC, its members, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from:

· Any dispute between Buyer and a third party regarding a watch purchased from Overwatch Supply LLC
· Any damage caused by Buyer's improper handling, servicing, or modification of a watch

6. No Waiver of Defenses
The terms of this Legal Notice constitute affirmative defenses available to Overwatch Supply LLC in the event of any legal action brought by Buyer. Buyer's failure to read these terms does not constitute a waiver of these defenses.

7. Governing Law
This Legal Notice and any dispute arising from the purchase of any watch shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
Any legal action must be filed in the small claims court of Jefferson County, Kentucky. Buyer expressly waives any right to a jury trial and any objection to venue.
