1. General

Overwatch Supply LLC ("Company," "we," "us," "our") operates this website. By making a purchase, you ("Buyer," "Customer") agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Pre-Owned Watches

All watches sold by Overwatch Supply LLC are pre-owned. We are not an authorized dealer for any watch brand (including but not limited to Omega, Rolex, Tudor, Breitling). Watches may show signs of previous wear. Photos in listings are of the actual watch unless otherwise noted.

3. Authenticity Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: Overwatch Supply LLC makes no express or implied warranty of authenticity for any watch sold. While we believe our watches are authentic based on our trusted and established wholesaler. We do not guarantee authenticity. Buyer assumes all risk regarding authenticity.

4. Return Policy

Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

· Watch must be in original condition with all box and papers
· Buyer must contact us within 7 days to request a return
· Buyer pays return shipping
· A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns
· Refund issued within 10 business days of receiving the returned watch

No returns on watches that show signs of wear, damage, or tampering (including attempted caseback opening).

5. No Chargeback Waiver

By completing a purchase, Buyer agrees not to initiate a credit card chargeback beyond the 7 day return window. Any disputes shall first be addressed via our return policy. If Buyer initiates a chargeback in violation of this agreement, Buyer agrees to pay all costs incurred by Overwatch Supply LLC in defending such chargeback, including attorney fees.

6. Governing Law

Any dispute arising from this transaction shall be resolved exclusively in the small claims court of Jefferson County, Kentucky. Buyer waives any right to a jury trial and waives any objection to venue. Buyer agrees that any legal action must be filed within 60 days of the purchase date.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Overwatch Supply LLC's total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the purchase price paid by Buyer. In no event shall Overwatch Supply LLC be liable for consequential, incidental, or punitive damages (including lost profits, reputation damage, or attorney fees).

8. Indemnification

Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Overwatch Supply LLC from any claims arising from Buyer's failure to independently verify the watch's authenticity.

9. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between Buyer and Overwatch Supply LLC. Any prior representations, whether written or oral, are superseded.
